Product Listing Scheme

Key Benefits of the Product Listing Scheme (PLS) for Manufacturers and Traders

With the growing emphasis on safety and quality, consumers, industry buyers, and regulators increasingly seek independently certified products for greater assurance. Manufacturers and traders can strengthen market confidence by obtaining certification from a trusted and reputable certification body.

CODIMI facilitates market access for manufacturers and traders by ensuring that products comply with both national and international standards, as well as regulatory requirements.

The Product Listing Scheme (PLS) involves comprehensive safety and performance testing in accordance with established standards. Upon successful evaluation, CODIMI issues a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) alongside the CODIMI COMPLIANCE Mark, verifying that the product meets the necessary requirements.

The CODIMI PLS supports regulatory compliance with authorities such as the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), covering a range of fire safety products.

Eligibility & Product Listing

Manufacturers and suppliers capable of producing products that meet the required standards may apply for CODIMI’s PLS certification. Certified products are listed in the Certificate Portal. If a CoC number does not appear in the directory, verification enquiries can be submitted for further confirmation.
